About me

I’m Ignacio Almagro, a lawyer and advisor to construction companies on project management, specialized in international contracting and in the prevention, management, and resolution of disputes in construction projects. Throughout my career, I have advised companies, institutions, and professionals on the use of FIDIC contracts and other international models, combining a legal perspective with a technical and practical understanding of the sector. My work focuses on making these contracts easier to understand and apply in real-world settings, especially in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.

Thanks to my fluency in several languages (including English, French, and Portuguese) I also work as a trainer and speaker around the world, promoting a clearer, more efficient contractual culture that is adapted to global challenges.
